Do you ship furniture?
Yes. Email us at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) for a shipping quote. Please include the item name and delivery city, state, and zip. Alternatively, customers may arrange their own pick-up and shipping.
Do you accept returns?
No. All sales are final unless other arrangements, such as a trial period, are approved by Sequel in advance of purchase. We try to accurately describe items and their condition, but encourage you to ask any questions you may have about an item before purchasing. We are unable to refund shipping costs.
Do you charge sales tax?
North Carolina state sales tax (6.75%) is added to all orders shipped within North Carolina. Online, out-of-state sales are not charged sales tax. And, trade that can furnish a resale certificate will not be charged sales tax.
Do you share any personal customer data, such as email addresses, collected on site?
No. We will never share your personal information. With your permission, this data will be used for the purpose of Sequel business only.
